Removal of steps to access wiring and water tank.

Does anyone have an idea of how to remove steps in order to get a better understanding of wiring and to acces water tank?

not sure what model you have, but in my 2006 Sovran 3600, look inside and you can see where it is screw to the deck/bulkhead.  Just remove them and you should be good to go.  a right angle drive might be needed for some, I am not sure. Let us know!!

Which boat are you speaking of and what are you looking to do?

We had to replace the water tank on our 42open this winter... not a cheap/easy undertaking...

Are you talking about the steps that lead into the cabin (for example in the 3500/3600 open boats) where you need to access the shower sump? My shower sump needs to be serviced and I am also wondering the best way to access it.
