Sadly our galley fridge/freezer is no longer cooling well and needs to be replaced. Does anyone know the make/model/part number of the OEM replacement?  Does anyone have a suggestion for a better than OEM replacement? I don't really want to get into carpentry work if we can help it. Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

I just purchase the 4300 with a recently installed refrigerator/freezer.  All Stainless Steel outside.  When I get to the boat I will ghet you a picture and manufacturer.  I believe that it is only 2 years old and fits in the existing space.

I replaced mine last year with a Vertifrigo of the same size. The framing needed to be removed around the refrigerator and a small cut in the stairs to allow the movement in/out if the space. The cut in the stairs was small but needed to be done. I did not want them tearing apart the stairs.

Sorry it took so ling for me to get back to you.  My refrigerator in my 2008 Sovran was replaced in the last two years with an Isotherm, SS outside with freezer below.  Defender does sell them.  All one unit, and I do not believe they had to alter the opening to get it in.  If you get back to me I have some pictures of it.

We just purchased a 1998 3500 express and it needs a new galley fridge.  The original fridge was a below counter Norcold DE541.  I am considering both the Isotherm Cruise 130 or the Vitrifrigo (can't remember the model number off the top of my head), but both will require modifications to the cabinet. I was just wondering if you possibly replaced the same model and had any insight to add?  Thanks in advance for your help!
