I own a 2013 Sovran 39 having a lot of trouble with the trim tabs any suggestions to replace them with lenco trim tabs or do you think that I got some defective one from Volvo it was replace once and I need to replace another at these time
It may help if you're more specific about the trouble that you're having.
We had these on the 2008 39 Sovran that we had previously. I really wasn't happy with them as it seemed the boat always had a little bit of a port high list underway (even with the dinghy motor on the port side and 0 rudder angle) that they couldn't correct.

i have those tabs on a 3500 Sovran.
was having problems with them responding--sometimes working and then they'd not respond.
i replaced the 'brain' 5 years ago and everything has been fine.
what i call the brain is screw in the bilge far back on the transom on my vessel. i traced the wiring from either side at the actual interceptor through hull places. the wires lead back to a central black connection manifold where each side interceptor plugs in and the controls from the helm route back and also plug in.
i order a new one and replaced the old. plugged everything back in and it works
the tabs do tend to under compensate for leveling. i can't really put the bow down at slower planing speeds and with even crew/guests and wrong wind i have to max it out to maintain level.
