I have a 2003, 29 Open with a fresh water problem.  It only holds about 5 gallons before it starts leaking into the bilge.  I note that the fresh water tank is accessible if I remove the staircase leading into the dinette area.  I think there is either a connection issue / problem with the tank.  Is there another way to access this tank besides removing all the electrical connections within the staircase and then removing the staircase?  If not, what is the best way to proceed?
