Hi, I'm new here and hope to learn from more experienced owners. This is my first "big" boat. I've had many smaller lake boats and have just stepped up to a 1996 43 open with twin Detroit 550"s. The previous owner took great care to keep the boat pristine. The engine has a teak floor. He loved this boat and I hope i can keep up with his vigor. I look forward from learning and I hope to make some new friends along the way.

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the site.... It's a great place to get information and help from other Tiara owners.... I own a 2003 38 Open w/Cummin's 450 hp diesels. Great motors and great boat. This is my second Tiara. Previously I owned a 31 Open, Also a great boat. Good luck

Hi,
I am looking at a 1994 43 open with DD 692 550 hp. What type of cruise speed and GPH can I expect? Also any other information you could share would be helpful.
