Bottom Job completed
#1
Just finished having the bottom sanded, painted and some maintenance issues resolved. Previous owner banged one of the props, so I had them sent out for a tuneup. Seems they were over cupped, so I couldn't get anymore than 2550 RPM. Now I can get 2700 RPM and 29 knots with a light load. Did not have time to try different trim settings to see if I can increase speed. Seems I should get at least 30 knots. Will try again when I have more time to play. Also, replaced cutlass bearings. Vibrations are now gone. Hull looks like a million bucks after a compound and wax.
