1994 43 Open Shower Drain (Pooling water)
#1
Greetings,

The shower drain in my boat is on the inboard side of the shower, yet the water accumulates outboard, opposite of the drain. The boat sits level and is not listing on either side. I have to use a squeegee to repeatedly push the water towards the drain after every use.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any remedies beyond drilling another drain hole (not sure if I can access that from underneath) -or- only filling my stbd fuel tank (joke). Floor plan with notes attached.

Thanks!

-Mike

My 41 does the same thing. I use my foot to push the excess water to the drain and kind of channel it there. Other than that I don't worry about it. There's not enough left to create any problems.
