I have a 1998 Tiara 3100 that is missing the windshield vent actuator. It seems there was one there in the past, and the previous owner gave me a replacement actuator, but I don’t see where the powers leads would come from. The mounts are there, and there is a switch at the helm.  Can anyone send me a picture of the wire routing?  Thanks.

The wiring actually comes up through the hole that your picture has a small bolt in (the brace is resting on it).  I never dug mine out, but it's safe to assume that it was run under the cabin head liner.   Picture attached, not good, but you can see the bushing in the opening in from of the actuator.  The actuator fits in the bracket with no other attachments.  

See if you can remove the bolt and maybe someone just pushed the wires down?

If you have a light in the cabin just directly below that area you may be able to remove that housing and find the wiring there to feed it back up in place.
