My 2005 32 Open has two audio speakers in the cabin, four audio speakers in the upper cockpit and a subwoofer in the lower cockpit. The system is the original Clarion package. My four upper cockpit speakers no longer work at all. I am not able to locate the amplifier which powers those four speakers. Can someone help me locate the amplifier which powers the four upper cockpit speakers?

On my 2003 38 Open the Amp is located behind/below the power distribution panel in the dinette. Access is by removing 2 screws that hold the distribution panel in place as it is hinged to swing open for access behind the panel. Not sure if you have a similar configuration..
I completed same amplifier replacement on my 3200. Location is on stb side in front of helm. Remove teak panel above dinette seat with four screws and amplifier can be accessed.
