have 2001 29 open with twin 454 crusaders.

For the past few years I have blown between 3 to 5 large belts on the port engine. I replaced the both pulleys 3 years ago.
This year I replaced both brackets, both water pumps and both belts. Last Sunday, I took a trip into Boston Harbor and guess
what? The port engine overheated again and I had to travel 20+ miles home on 1 engine. When I tied up and went into the engine
compartment I found the new large belt snapped in half.

The bigger problem that I have is that I cannot find a good mechanic that will work on the engines. 

Does anyone out there have an answer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
