Hello, we have a 1996 Tiara 40 Express.  The pump in the forward shower sump box has quit working. This box is located under the floor in the forward head and I do not see anyway to access it.  I already have several hours trying to reach under the access plate closest to it with zero luck.  Anyone ever have to access this before?

Ours (2001 40 Open) is in the hatch btw door to head & hallway to v-berth. It was a monster problem. Can you see it from that hatch?

Yes. I can see it. I can reach it with one hand and see it with one eye.
I think Im gonna have to go cut an access through the head floor to access it. Just don’t see any other way.

I have the same boat (1999) and mine is within arms reach of the most forward hatch (just before the doorway of the forward stateroom).  Perhaps post a pic of where yours is.    Some items in there can be tough to reach as you have to hang down in there upside down for a bit.
