Has anyone done any gelcoat repairs? Is there a color match for the color or do we have to get it from Tiara. I know of someone that got it from Tiara and it was $200+ for a quart!!!

You can get it direct from mini-craft. They have factory color match for Tiaras. Just note that the color fades over time, especially the darker colors, and every batch isn't the same so best bet is always a custom match, but that can be a can of worms.

$200 sounds high but gel coat is expensive!

Matt — what’s your year/model? If you think (or can confirm with Tiara) it’s the same color as a 1999 4000 Express, I have 98% of a quart I’d happily sell you. Did one small project and sold the boat.
