Anyone here changed their fuel pickup on the generator to allow it to run lower than 1/4 tank?  On long fishing trips l can seldom but do come in with a little less than 1/4 tank and then its a PITA to reset and prime genset.   I know its a safety factor but 1/4 tank seems a little too much.  How hard would it be to reduce it??

Tiara does that on purpose so you do not run the gen out either a rest on motoring
Note that they do it also with the fuel gauge
