We own a 2009 Tiara Sovran with IPS system. My question is what weight gear oil do you use when (pod oil)replacing? I’ve read to use the 75 -w synthetic or the other one is 80 -w which I believe is non-synthetic. Any input would be appreciated -Thanks

Stick with the Volvo synthetic oil. It is much better quality and it needs to stand up to 220lbs pressure. Blowing a seal is way too expensive.
