I keep looking around and finding things. In the book it says the mirror in the head is actually a medicine cabinet.  You can pull the mirror open, and there should be storage behind it.  The book says there is a cut out for you hand on the LHS, bottom.  I found the cut out, but when I tug on the mirror, nothing.  Is this perhaps an option that my boat does not have?  Or is it that I just need to tug harder??  I did pull pretty hard, but did not want to break anything, so I thought I would ask here.  TIA.

I took us a year to figure there was storage behind the mirror.  You will have to pull very hard to open it.

Thanks!!  I finally got it!!  Well my 7' 320lb friend actually did!!  and then we oiled everything up, and we should be good to go!!
