Anyone know the typical transmission pressure? Port side showing ~100 psi (on the dash gauge), fluctuates when shifting, then holds steady. Starboard side shows ~275 psi in gear, goes down to ~100 when shifting, then back up.
Unhooked the power to both sending units, both gauges pegged on the "open".
Havent swapped the sending units yet, to see if problem follows the unit, but thats next on the list.

On my 2003 38 Open w/450 hp 6CTA Cummins (w/ZF transmissions) the typical pressure for both motors in neutral is ~25 PSI and in gear (forward or reverse) they are around 350-400PSI. Not sure if yours should be the same..
Fluids and filter good. Found its supposed to be around 300 psi. I'm going to swap the sending units to see if issue follows sending unit. It may be clogged up. Both shift fine ... just the difference bothers me.
