I'm looking at a Tiara from an estate sale. Advertised as a 1989 Tiara open (3100) but it has a layout of a 3300, a dinette with opposite couch. Did they make a 3100 with this layout? Can any one on this forum tell if I provide a Hull #?  I'm not able to get exact measurements of beam and length at this point...

If you email Tiara customer service, they can confirm the model based upon the serial number. They are typically very quick to respond as well. Contact info is a form from their website.

If it has a step down gunnel it's a 33' not a 31 open. Plus the refer cabinet comes back into the cockpit on the Port side.
