Acr 100d new spotlight

Coax must have a break.
Spotlight changed, but coax will not control light.
When I put a short temp coax between spotlight control and pad it works.
Snaking a new wire does not seem like an easy task.
Any thoughts?

Connect the new coax to the old coax using an inline connector and use the old coax to pull in the new one. Coax cables rarely go bad, I would look at the connectors for corrosion.
