raw water washdown

would like to install a more POWERFULL washdown, have any of you guys done this? is it a big job? any tips or ideas?

It's not a hard job if you have access to the current raw water pump. Your just swapping it out. Just check the breaker size of your current and new pump to make sure that doesn't need upgraded.

But before you go to all that trouble, maybe just change the hose and nozzle first. That made a difference on my boat when I replaced them this spring.

Have you checked the screen to make sure it is clean? Also, along with the breaker, check the size of wiring if you install a larger pump.
