Since 50mm is about 2", and the way everything else on a Tiara is made, I would expect the transom is thicker than that.

It's definitely less than 2 inches. my 32 is about a 5/8 all fiberglass no coring and if you include the swim platform it's still less than a inch overall.

You can get a fairly good idea by measuring the distance (A) inside in the bilge from the trim tab bolts that come thru the hull bottom to the transom inside surface, then on the outside under the boat measure the distance (B) from the same trim tab bolts to the outside transom surface. B – A = Transom thickness
