What is the most fuel efficient cruise speed for a 2001 2900 Open with 7.4 L Crusaders?

I run mine (1995, 2900) between 3250-3400 RPM, conditions depending. 3400 RPM on the ICW, so flat water and no unplanned changes in throttle. This gives me with 2 to 3 people on board, 30 knots (34.5 MPH). If your bottom is clean and you keep them serviced they will eat gas and move your ass.

I run my crusader at 3400 rpm (4 people/ just over half tank fuel) and run about 26 mph. Choppy lake
