Need replacement 20 amp breaker for toilet. what type are they and can they be ordered on line?

Yes, breakers can be ordered on-line. A breaker is a breaker. There are various different designs. The difference is mostly in the form factor. Some are interchangeable. You need to get one that will match your install location. Some have a button that pops out when the breaker pops. Some have a flip switch. I recommend you take a picture of what you have (front and behind the panel) and post it. That way I’ll be able to tell you exactly what you have.
