I have a 2004 29 open used in saltwater in the North East. I bottom paint each year. this year when hauled have some chipping and electrolysis around hardware. It was suggested I sand blast bottom and apply a barriar coat with 4 coats of paint. somewhat expensive. Warranted? or some good sanding?
