I would think your WOT RPM's should be maxing out around 4400, depending upon water conditions and weight on board. You seem to be a little below that. First thing I would do is after the boat is hauled out, confirm the pitch and diameter of your current props. That should be listed on your survey as well, assuming you had one done. Then I would contact Tiara Customer Service and request what the original props for your boat were and compare.
