Welcome to the site, and welcome to the club with moisture around the portlights and rode locker.
With that vintage of a boat, (mine is an '86 36 Open) some moisture is to be expected.
For the portlights, part of routine maintenance should be rebedding them. Remove the portlight, clean all surfaces, inspect the cut out for any rot and repair as necessary. Rebed and reinstall the portlight.
This same maintenance is also necessary on the engine hatches, fish wells, etc. Anywhere there is a hinge where water could enter.
As far as the rode locker, it depends on where the moisture is being detected. But make sure your drains are clear (again routine maintenance). But if absolutely necesssary, the locker can be reglassed. My moisture was on the bow pulpit and I am just monitoring...
