If it survey's well and the engines check out, I wouldn't replace anything right away...I would have a complete tune up done to set a baseline and then make a plan for what will need repaired in the future.
I bought an 86 Tiara 36 Open 5 years ago, with 4000 hours on it. I just passed 4350 hours and am having the top end redone, manifolds, elbows, and risers checked out this winter.
