The label on the breakers was in the wrong place. After chasing the wires back they were actually labeled "fuel pump". The fuel pump would begin to overheat after 25-30 minutes under a load. Replaced the fuel pump and all has been fine since.

The Fuel pump is supposed to draw less than 4.5 amps but if there is excessive resistance it could cause the amperage draw to exceed 10 amps and trip the breaker. My next step is to test amperage draw of the fuel pump. Anyone else have this problem?
