Tiara Coupe - Sunroof now closes, but hisses when closing - does this sound right??

Thankfully, our mechanics fixed the sunroof on our 2016 Tiara 44 Coupe.  It was opening, but wouldn't close. But now when it closes, it makes a hissing sound, and it closes much slower than it opens.  Just want to confirm this sound is normal before I sign off on the repair.  Thank you everyone!
