update:
Port lower Fuel Pump wire corroded and came free of the pump. Replaced Pump and now Engine is running fine.

However, unable to isolate the Garmin issue...no fuses blown. Only change before all this was adding the 24xd GPS puck to the NEMA 2000 backbone. The search continues...
