IPS & Zeus boats require a completely different hull anode than a traditional inboard. The reason is the electric steering system is 400 volts. These systems use a special Aluminum/Magnesium anode as opposed to traditional Zinc.
I have seen zincs that were gold in color, but this was because someone sprayed the mounting bolts with corrosion inhibiter and the overspray coated the zincs.
