Teak oil will not penetrate into a surface sealed with polyurethane such as your flooring. I would suggest a light sanding with 200 grit paper, a through wipe down and a coat of satin varnish. For inside varnish I have had good luck with Minwax Satin Varnish and a VERY good bristle brush or foam brush. On unvarnished teak I like Watco Teak Oil, both available at Lowes.
