Unless you are repairing a scratch or gouge or completely refinishing, I would refrain from sanding the interior wood either cabin sole, paneling or trim. Yes, they are sealed with a Urethane and Teak oil is just going to make a mess. I would wipe the walls and trim down with Pledge or equivalent. Pledge is going to be very slick if you put it on the cabin sole. I would simply wipe down the cabin sole with a Murphy's oil based soap and water (for wood floors - follow the directions on the product) or equivalent and dry thoroughly.
