My forward bilge, next to the shower sump, is the electronic version and will cycle on and off every x seconds. There is also a breaker under the stairway in the cabin so I can turn it off if needed. My 'main' sump pumps in the ER are directly wired and I can't turn them off, at least I don't think I can but I am now going to look at the breakers under the stairs this weekend. 2000 3500 open.
Found and pulled the breaker for the fwd bilge pump. I guess I thought it and the sump pump were the same thing. Anyway, I'm relieved now. Owners manual even suggests pulling it at night to sleep if its loud. Sponged a little more water out of the laz and charged batteries a bit.
