Water in pods
#1
Hello,

Anyone have experience with water in their pods for a IPS400 even after seals were replaced? Wondering what is ahead as far as repairs or if we are headed for new pods completely?

I hate to say this, but there is a definite difference in the quality of work that is done on IPS pods. The process of cleaning out the pods and replacing the seals is not an easy job and therefore only done by a dealer. I had a less than reputable Volvo dealer replace my seals and I had water in the unit within hours of their work. Push the dealer that did the work to warrantee their work or find a reputable dealer that does quality work. I found a great servicing dealer.
