Spring project is to add a new onboard charger, isolator, and house bank.
Are the stock 1988 Alternators compatible to charge AGM Batteries?
If not, anyone has a link to what is needed to upgrade them?

AGM batteries prefer a low charge rate but if you don't frequently run down the batteries and use the engine alternators to charge back up you should be ok with OEM alternator. Set the charge rate accordingly on your house charger and you should be good.
