40 express is the specific Model boat but I’m sure the question has come up for other models
Main fridge measures 24”wide by 24” deep. What’s the magic trick with getting old one out and replacing with new? Door measures 22” wide. Nothing can be removed to make companionway wider.
I live in an old 1950 bungalow in downtown. They didn't make the doors as wide back then. You have to disassemble quite a few things just to get them in.

Any help is appreciated.
I have seen this question come up several times. Heck, I brought up the same question for my 42 Open. It was recommended to do everything you can to repair your fridge. So, that’s what I did. Saved a lot of hassle and expense.
