Hi All

 I have a 2000 40' express. My port fuel tank is leaking from the bottom. Has anyone had to replace a fuel tank if so how was it done.
 Looks to me like the engine has to be removed.
 If this has to be done will my cat 3208 fit through the large cockpit hatch if it is removed.

Sounds ugly. I don't know the answers for you but if faced with the same project I'd be looking for a creative solution like some kind of flexible fuel tank or a liner I could install somehow.

Just the thought of this giving me heart palpitations. I suspect the only way to get all that out would would be to remove the entire helm seat assembly.
