I have a 1986 31' open. Is there such a thing as a safety support when the engine hatches are open?
Thanks for any help,

I am making some v-notched supports out of wood for my 3300 open. There is a lot of weight on those lids!

that's what we use on our 3700 open. i'm thinking of adding some eye hooks to the deck, and rings to the arch so i can use rope with d-rings to hold it. but i have to figure out if the arch can support that much weight tho. no matter what, wood in the corners is an excellent way to block it open.
