I have a 2010 3200 Open with 8.1 Crusaders I bought at the end of the season last year.  All was working fine.  I noticed yesterday the engine sync stopped working.  With the sync on, the port motor does not respond when I increase the starboard throttle.  I've tried assorted different things that should have engaged the sync.  Any ideas of what to look for?  A ground wire somewhere?

After engaging the sync you have to advance the port throttle all the way forward before the starboard becomes the lead throttle.

Is the rocker switch illuminated? If not look for a breaker under the steering wheel.
