Hello, we own a 2001 35 tiara express which seems to be loosing water from the area where the fresh water tank is located. The tanks get completely empty. It is not in any faucet or plumbing after the pump, because the pump never turns on to rebuild pressure.  In the area where our fresh water tank is at we see a leak but we can't figure out if it is from the tank or the hose or if it just running water that is coming from another place.  When we empty the bilges most of the water comes out of the forward bilge. 

Has anyone attempted to change the hoses and fittings in this area without cutting the floor? It is such a tight space, I do not see how can it be done. Any other info is appreciated.

Is that the stock water tank in the picture that came with the boat?  It looks like it is aluminum.  Our freshwater tank on my 35 Open appears to be plastic.

There is a drain plug on the front of my freshwater tank that empties into the bilge, perhaps yours came out such that the tank is draining directly into the bilge as soon as it is filled.

I don't recall if the hoses that lead from the tank to pump are side mounted near the bottom of the tank or pump mounted.  If they are top mounted, it is unlikely that they are causing the leak since there likely is no water in the lines since the pump is not running to withdraw fluid from the tank.
