Well I checked the muffler clamps and none were loose but non were tight either. They are all now tight and i plan on running to Ft. Jefferson next weekend so I will find out if the problem has been solved. I will post the results. Thanks for everyone's advice
I know someone that his boat had the same symptoms and the water was coming from a crack on the bilge... Try to dry your bilge and if you see water coming find out where is coming from... It could be a thru hull or a crack on the fiberglass. If you get a small amount of water stationary, this will increase as your boat is moving because you will increase the pressure under the boat.
Well apparently it was the muffler clamps. Ran 150 miles to Fort Jefferson from Stock Island and back with no water leak after tightening all the muffler clamps.
