IIRC, they’re Bomar/Pompanette so I’d give them a call. I recently got interior hatch trim from them, so I’m sure they either have or can make the glass for you.
My local glass shop cut new lenses and installed them for about $75 each. Otherwise order the lens from Pompanette/ Bomar and install yourself. Use a razor to cut the sealant, pop out the old lens, clean it all up and lay the new lens with recommended adhesive/ sealant. Mask everything off really well because the sealant makes a heck of a mess.
