Just got 58 Sovran, the anchor widlass worked when we used it ist time, know there appears to be no power, Does anyone know if there is a separate circuit breaker besides from the panel, Maybe engine compartment or front locker. Have searched with no luck
Not familiar with the 58. The panel breaker is usually just for the control switch. the main breaker (100+ amp) should be in proximity to the battery disconnect switches. If you have a main DC distribution panel in the engine room that is where the windlass breaker was located on my last two Tiaras.
Mine was tripping the breaker awhile back. I went forward and hit the motor with a hammer. It started working again. Just needed a bit of crustyness knocked off.
