I also was told by the surveyor that the readings around port side portal forward was a little high. Seems like common issue. I'll look for the you tube vids and take a crack at it in the spring.
For the moisture around the anchor locker, you can drill a sparse matrix of 1/4” holes on the underside of the laminate without compromising the structure. Then over time (years) the area will dry out.
For the wet foam under the port light, I assume you mean the cabin trim not the hull laminate. Yes, you can let that dry out.
When rebedding the port light frames, I do NOT recommend using 3M 4000UV. Over time, it simply disappears. I’d probably now use 3M marine silicone after cleaning all surfaces with acetone.

I am wondering how much silicon I should use on the port hole frame when installing a new gasket? Does one put a small bead around the track jusr so it will stick or a larger bead spread around to cover the entire track's area?
I have the recommended Dow 732 silicon.
I bought some caulk/silicon remover spray at ACE Hardware that is to remove it in pieces rather than dissolve the old silicon. Anything work better?
I just got new seals/screens from Tiara and they sent an entire tube (squeeze tube, not caulk gun size) for each porthole. So I’m presuming they want a good bit on each.

Did your kit have seals and screens or were the screens embedded in the seals?
