Hi all,
Recently purchased a 2002 43 open. Curious as to why the sump box pump continuously cycles on and off, even when there is no shower or sink water running to it?

Not sure which pump is installed in the sump but RULE makes a pump (500) that cycles automatically every few minutes to see if water is present to pump. If not it shuts off. You may have that pump.....
I have a 4300 as well. Maxwell is correct in that both ac condensate drains into that sump box. Depending on how often the pump cycles that may or may not be what is going on. There is also a check valve on the pump drain line that if faulty, lets a bunch of water drain back when the pump shuts off. That will cause it to short cycle.
Easy to find out. Pull the cover off the box and see which line the water is coming from
