I have a Tiara 3500 Express 2001 Plan B interior layout.
We have recently encountered a challenge in identifying the source of foul odor emissions into the cabin. Have verified the holding tank connections air vent but cannot find any broken lines or loose fittings. Our next option is to have to remove some of the flooring to be able to access the plumbing between the head and holding tank. With teak & holy flooring, I wish that were the last option. Would greatly appreciate if someone can point us in the right direction.

There are repair facilities that can do a smoke test to the waste system. This entails filling the waste system with a nontoxic smoke and slightly pressurizing the system. Then you look for the smoke exiting the compromised component. Some higher end automotive repair facilities use this type of system for finding leaks in automotive cooling systems. First: Have the holding tank vacumed, flushed and cleaned. Make sure the discharge pump works propperly. second: depending on what toilet you have, some like mine have internal rubber seals like the joker valve on the electric part of the toilet that wear out and allow foul smell and return waste water from the holding tank hose.
Check the sump pump that receives water from the shower and air conditioner. The small bilge pump inside may not be working and you may have water around that area.

Also check the hoses.

Wipe them with a wet rag. If the rag smells the odor is permeating through the hose. I just replaced mine and it made a big difference.

You can usually tell if the Joker Valve is going if the bowl tends to fill back up after flushing.
