Trying to figure out how to fix the driver and passenger seats on this boat. Don't have a picture right now but they are bench seats with two alum bars running under the seat and up the back of the back rest. Looks like they where tapped directly into the wood?


Same thing has happened to both seats, two bolts on each alum arm have stripped(?). Right now I don't see anyway to fix this without cutting the fabric.

i have a 1997 3500 express need to replace the port side exhaust t the flappers in the t have worn about a dime size area inside the tubes and have worn a small hole all the way through in 1 spot. i found replacements, centec industries, but they dont have the flappers that the originals have. has anyone replaced these and if so can you use the replacments with no flappers thanks louie

I'm looking to change my 3 blade props to 4 blade to eliminate some vibration on my 2004 Sovran Salon with 3406e Cats. My engines are aligned, shafts dialed in, and props reconditioned and balanced. Any comments welcome.
I'm looking for a set 4 bladed 2.75 in shaft, 31 x 39.

I've tried using the Search function but it never works.  I would like to convert our interior and cockpit lights to LED's.  Does anyone have experience or options doing this?  I suspect others have done this.  Brands, Part Numbers, any info would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for help on a power issue, thanks for any insight.
I just purchased a 1997 4000 express (Mid Cabin Express) and brought it from NC to FL. Along the way shore power stopped working after a night at a dock with no circuit breaker on the power pedestal. I’m also getting an ‘over power’ indicator on the inverter panel. The boat is equipped with a Trace engineering inverter which looks to be original factory install. Any idea if there’s a breaker between the power in to the boat and the backside of the panel board located inside the cabin?

I have verified power at the pedestal at the new home port. I’ve turned everything I can find off and allowed for power to discharge. I’ve reset the inverter and it no longer displays the ‘over power’ warning. But I still have no 240v power available on the circuits.

I ordered a new FIAMM Horn, but cannot find the compressor.  Checked behind helm, and in engine compartment.  Before I pull the headliner down, wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions.   Thank you!
