just wanted to share my stupidity with everyone. I have been rushing to try and finish my complete bottom job and have the boat in the water april 1st. After a long day of frustrating work i decided to take off the trim tabs. bad idea, should have waited until i was mentally 100%.

Long story short, after breaking off nearly all the screw heads, one good finger injury, a minor gel coat boo boo and lots of frustration later I got both tabs off. Today when i was mentally there, i realized the screws went through the hull and had nuts on the inside. wow. I never claimed to be a genius.......

can someone point me in the right direction for obtaining the proper fitting to use my wash down pump. The boat came to me missing the hose side connection. These are definitely very specific to each other and i would prefer to not change the boat side fitting. I have found the company that makes the fittings but they make what seems like a million different fittings.

Anyone have any experience with re-sealing the windshield ('95 3100 Open), especailly leaking weather stripping at center vent? Haven't been to dealer yet for pricing, but figured I would powder coat frame pieces while they were off. Is it a DIY job-are parts available?

Have a '95 3100 Open. Trying to replace the lens on the screw in fuse holder for shore power. It appears to be a Bussmann 5800-11. Have only been able to find one place in Virginia that has any. They want $18 for just the plastic lens. Does anyone know the history of these fuse holders? Has Bussmann discontinued production? Apparently they are used on other boats such as Bertram, Hatteras, Grand Banks, Fleming, Tiara & Eastbay Yachts.
Appreciate any help

In the process of finishing a complete bottom job and need to replace the trim tabs. The previous owner let the anodes dissolve and never replaced them causing the trim tabs to start corroding away. Anyone know where i can get some factory replacement tabs besides through Tiara?

Hello to all!

I saw this web address mentioned on the Tiara Discussion Board, and was curious as to format, content, etc. I own a 2004 Sovran 3600 that my wife and I have cruised on inland waters since 2004. My first login since registering yesterday. I'm sure to be back!
