may name is Josh and I am a charter captain on Lake Michigan out of Racine, Wi. I fish out of a 2000 Tiara 29 Open with twin 7.4L Crusader MPIs. When I'm not fishing, I am a full time firefighter/paramedic for the Village of Caledonia, Wi. This past summer was my first year on a Tiara and quickly fell in love with the boat. I can easily see why Tiara owners love their boats so much!

Does any one know the real answer? I have read 19 quarts AND 22 quarts. I'm doing an oil change on a pair and want to make sure I get it right

Hello All!
Has anyone added a generator to a 3100 gas engine boat?

Hello TOC!
I own a small business that caters to owners of older Tiara Yachts that need parts. I worked in the parts and Customer Service Department at Tiara for 5 years and live just a few miles from the plant. I also owned a 1986 31 Open and know why people love these boats! If I can answer any questions for you about your boat feel free to send away! I will be recruiting other members to the site to help it grow.

Quote:Quickline, an importer of marine gear and accessory products, announced a total recall of Boyut Marine-manufactured UFS8 Ultra Flip Swivels designed for use with 1/4-inch and 5/16-inch anchor chains.

Produced between June 2009 and October 2010, the UFS8 is easy to identify. All recalled units have a molded eagle on the side of the swivel. Non-recalled units, produced prior to June 2009 and after October 2010 have a smooth body and finish.

All other Ultra Flip Swivels - the UFS6, UFS10, UFS13 and larger sizes - are not affected by the recall.

"Simply put, the UFS8 swivels do not meet Quickline's high quality standards and strength requirements," Quickline USA president Randy Boelsems said in a statement. "Thus we are replacing every unit that we have sold to our customers, as their satisfaction and safety are paramount."
