There should not be any inline.fuses after the breaker. Find a good ground and check the power at the pumps. I had a couple of pumps go out on me and it was the ground wire. I kept checking the power by attaching into the bad ground wire and of course it didn't show power.
I went to the breaker and started tracing from there. Because I had changed to a different ground, I showed power all the way to the pump. That's when I changed the grounding from the pumps and everything worked. Drove me nuts for awhile.
Every since then, I start at the breaker and run a long wire from a known good ground to assure I have a good ground. and start checking from there.
